1. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Carolina Ordinance and Amended and Restated Infrastructure Credit Agreement – One person spoke during the public hearing. Council gave the item third reading approval. Action: Administration/Legal

2. Citizen’s Input – No one spoke. Council Chair Smith asked for clarification of the rules on citizen’s input during Special Called meetings.

3. Point of Personal Privilege – Council member Tuten recognized his neighbor and adopted grandson Robert Clark.
