'Mandatory Collection Notice’ Text is a SCAM, Not From the County

The County is alerting the public to a fraudulent text message scam. The scam messages, sent Monday, refer to a “final court-ordered mandatory collection notice.” Recipients are advised to not call the phone number listed in the message or scan the QR code in the message.
