Report of County Attorney for Executive Session Items - The County Attorney stated that Ms. McFadden had some comments and legal advice for Council that may need to be heard in Executive Session.

Report of County Administrator - No report was given.

a. Redistricting - Council gave second reading approval to Plan A.

2. Report of Development and Services Committee

a. Contract Extensions: Solid Waste Collection (deferred from
December 4, 2001 Council Meeting) - The item was deferred to December 18.

3. Citizen's Input - no one spoke

4. Motion Period/Announcements - Council member Pearce made a motion to commend Earl Brown for his recent appointment to a national human rights organization.

5. Executive Session - Council went into Executive Session to hear comments from Ms. McFadden. No action was taken.

6. Adjournment
