Where Is My........?
- SCDHEC Coverage Letter (If Applicable)? Prior to the meeting being scheduled, the applicant must have obtained a copy of their SCDHEC coverage if land disturbance is one (1) acre or more. This document must be uploaded in eTrakit.
- Encroachment Permit Approval (If Applicable)? Prior to the meeting being scheduled, the applicant must have obtained an approval from SCDOT if the proposed project includes land disturbance in the SCDOT Right-of-Way. This document must be uploaded in eTrakit.

Log in to eTrakiT and choose "Apply" under Permit. Select "Land Disturbance Permit" then enter the "LDP" number and all other required information. Upon completion, this will prompt a request to the County for a Pre-Construction Meeting and you will be contacted within 24 hours.
Required Attendees: ENGINEER & GRADING CONTRACTOR
Optional Attendee: DEVELOPER/OWNER
PLEASE PREPARE TO PROVIDE ALL RELEVANT CONTACTS AT THE PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING.
(i.e. Third-Party Inspector / Sub-Contractors / etc.) All entities doing associated with the project must have an eTrakiT account, please contact Nicole Dail, Program Coordinator, at (803) 576-1335.
A digital copy of the approved plans and the Land Disturbance Permit (LDP) will be made available to all parties via eTrakiT immediately after the Pre-Construction Meeting.
The applicant will be responsible for printing all documents (including the 24" x 36" set of plans) in order to place onsite during construction. THE APPROVED SET OF PLANS, COVERAGE LETTER AND SWPPP MUST REMAIN ON-SITE DURING CONSTRUCTION.
