Welcome to the Online Business Service Center!
The Business Service Center handles Business license, Local Accommodations Tax, and Hospitality Tax requirements for Richland County. All businesses must obtain a license before conducting business in unincorporated areas of the county. The license is based on business activity and gross receipts.
We appreciate your contribution to making Richland County a great place to live, work, and visit!
