Richland County Councilman Jason Branham (District 1), along with County Planning staff, will discuss multiple map amendment requests:
- 128 James Ballentine Road, Irmo
- 209 Summer Haven Drive
- Shadowood Drive, Irmo (proposed development site)
- 1621 Dutch Fork Road, Irmo
Councilman Branham and staff will also discuss a proposed Ballentine/Lake Murray Neighborhood Master Plan.
In order for County Council to enact a rezoning request, an ordinance amending the official zoning map must pass three readings by majority vote.
