River Alliance Board
Richland County is a founding member of the River Alliance, which is charged with creating community benefit from 90 miles of the region’s rivers. The Alliance is a non-profit corporation, governed by a Board of Directors. Richland County has THREE members; two members are Richland County Council and ONE is a citizen appointment. The terms are THREE years.
