At this public town hall, Richland County Councilwoman Gretchen D. Barron (District 7), along with County Planning staff, will discuss multiple rezoning requests:
- 10141 Wilson Blvd. (19.83 acres)
- 800 Mount Valley Road (198.84 acres)
- 700 Mount Valley Road (111.41 acres)
- 520 Todd Branch Drive (3.8 acres)
In order for County Council to enact a rezoning request, an ordinance amending the official zoning map must pass three readings by majority vote.
