At this public town hall, Richland County Councilwoman Cheryl English (District 10), along with County planning staff, will discuss multiple rezoning requests:
- Bluff Road, Blair Road, N/S Blair Road (2.71 acres)
- 2871 Congaree Road (4 acres)
- Bluff Road at Beckam Swamp Road (38.39 acres)
In order for County Council to enact a rezoning request, an ordinance amending the official zoning map must pass three readings by majority vote.
