Developer Richard Burts is taking on the restoration of The Y, a gymnasium and swimming pool directly behind 701 Whaley built for the Olympia and Granby mill villages. The Richland County Conservation Commission awarded the project a $20,000 grant in FY14 to use for architectural plans and stabilization of the hundred year old buildings.
