Richland County's Public Information Office is the point of contact for information regarding Richland County Government. Please note that several entities in Richland County have their own public information offices, and those offices should be contacted for information specific to that entity. Questions, concerns and requests for service
If you need assistance, you can reach out directly to a department to talk with staff or contact the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman's Office provides information and resolves all concerns and requests for service in an efficient and expedient manner. To request copies of public records and information from Richland County Government and Richland County Council, please file a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
Engage Richland is Richland County's year-round series of public events that encourages residents to learn more about their local government.
