This public hearing concerns funding for Community Development Block Grants, the HOME Investment Partnership Program, and Emergency Solutions Grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Richland County Community Development seeks feedback from residents, nonprofits and other community partners on how the County distributes federal funding for the next fiscal year.

Needs Assessment Public Hearings are set for March 20-27 at various community locations. The County will also accept emailed and mailed comments through April 9. Community input will help the County develop its 2025 Annual Action Plan. Call 803-576-2230 for more information.
