Richland County Government offices will close Monday, Jan. 15 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
The County’s C&D Landfill and Lower Richland Drop-off facility will close Monday and return to a regular schedule Tuesday. Curbside trash and recycle collections will run on their normal schedules Monday. The County's Jim Hamilton-L.B. Owens Airport will operate regular hours, 6 a.m-10 p.m.
