Richland County Government offices will close Monday, Feb. 18 in observance of Presidents Day.

 Curbside trash and recycle collections will run on their normal schedules Monday.

The County’s C&D Landfill and Lower Richland Drop-off facility will close Monday and return to a regular schedule Tuesday. The County's Jim Hamilton-L.B. Owens Airport will operate regular hours, 6 a.m.-10 p.m.
