Richland County Administrator Leonardo Brown continues to hold informational briefings with County Council on the County’s continuing efforts to address the effects of COVID-19 in our community.

The briefings, which are held weekdays at 3 p.m. and are accessible to the public by phone and online, will now be held using the same web address, phone numbers and meeting ID through the end of April.
