Richland County Council will hold a virtual public hearing on proposed zoning changes Tuesday, June 23.

Residents may submit comments on the proposed zoning requests by emailing the County’s Department of Planning and Development Services at planningcommission@richlandcountysc.gov. Comments also are accepted by mail, but staff must receive all comments – mailed and emailed – by noon Monday, June 22.
