Richland County will host a drop-in style public meeting Thursday, Nov. 9 to provide information about a proposed greenway and trail in Northeast Richland.
- When: 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9
- Where: Polo Road Park gymnasium, 800 Polo Road, Columbia
The proposed Polo Road/Windsor Lake Boulevard Greenway would stretch about 0.75 miles from Alpine Road to Windsor Lake Boulevard along the I-77 and I-20 interchange. The greenway and trail would feature boardwalks and supporting amenities.
There will be no formal presentation at the meeting. Community members are encouraged to review the project display boards and give feedback on the proposed project to County staff, who will be on hand.
Attendees also can provide written comments during the meeting that will be shared with the County’s project manager. Those who cannot attend the meeting are encouraged to mail comments by Friday, Nov. 24 to:
