(Richland PIO) – The Richland County Administration Building, at 2020 Hampton St., Columbia, will reopen to the public and resume normal operations Thursday, April 4.

Residents may continue to access County services in person between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. or online at www.richlandcountysc.gov.

The County would like to thank residents for their patience during Wednesday’s closure following a power outage in the area. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
