(Richland PIO) – Richland County Government offices and collection sites will close Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day.

There will be no curbside solid waste collection service Monday. All routes scheduled for that day will be picked up Tuesday, May 27, as all regularly scheduled collections for the week will be delayed one day. Routes scheduled for Friday, May 30 will be picked up Saturday, May 31.

The County’s Jim Hamilton-L.B. Owens Airport will be open on Memorial Day, with Fixed Base Operator services available from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

While government offices are closed, residents can access many services on the County’s website: www.richlandcountysc.gov, including those by the Auditor, Treasurer, Assessor and other offices.
