Due to the the lingering effects of the winter storm, most Richland County Government services were halted Friday.

With the exception of essential oerations, offices also will be closed Monday for Presidents Day. However, garbage pick-ups will be not be affected.

All offices are scheduled to resume normal business hours Tuesday.

In additon, Richland County Council is scheduled to meet 6 p.m. Tuesday in Council Chambers, 2020 Hampton St. in Columbia.
