Richland County Government offices will close Monday, Sept. 1, and there will be no curbside solid waste collection in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Trash routes scheduled Monday will be picked up Tuesday, Sept. 2, as all regularly scheduled collections for the week will be delayed one day.

The County landfill and the Lower Richland Drop-off facility also will be closed Monday and will return to a regular schedule Tuesday.
