Richland County residents are invited to come out to Caughman Pond/Pinewood Lake and tell Councilman Norman Jackson what amenities you would like to see at Caughman Pond during a Meet and Greet. The Meet and Greet will take place from 10:00am to 1:00pm at 1151 Old Garners Ferry Road in Hopkins.
