Curbside Collections through Saturday: To help residents remove trash as soon as possible, Richland County Solid Waste & Recycling is working to pick up household garbage curbside through Saturday night. Crews will get to as many residences as they can. (This emergency service is for household garbage only. No recyclables.)  Normal trash collection is scheduled to begin Monday, Oct. 12.
