Registration is open for the 2016 edition of Richland 101, a free course on the basics of Richland County Government.

Richland 101 classes will begin 6:15 p.m. each Monday and Thursday in April. Classes will be held at several locations and cover a variety of topics to give participants insight into how tax dollars are used to provide services to residents.

Speakers will include representatives and elected officials from various County departments and offices. The course will culminate with a graduation ceremony.
