Profiles of Public Servants: This is a continuing series of human interest stories profiling employees of Richland County Government.

Richland County is carrying out a bold, sweeping initiative to improve the livability of local communities, enhance the delivery of government services and position the Capital County to attract more business investment and tourists.

On Tuesday, Richland County officially will unveil the visionary Richland Renaissance project, a “no millage increase” initiative to transform the delivery of government services and the overall livability of the community.

Richland County Government offices will close Dec. 22, 25 and 26 in observance of Christmas, and Jan. 1 for New Year's Day.

On Tuesday, Richland County will unveil details of a community and government services “master plan” called Richland Renaissance.
