For the first time in its 30 years, Richland County’s child advocacy program received a perfect assessment from its national association.

Sports, achievement and community pride were on display Tuesday afternoon as reigning state 4A football champions Dutch Fork were honored by Richland County Council.

Richland County Government offices will close Monday, Sept. 1, and there will be no curbside solid waste collection in observance of the Labor Day holiday.
