Richland County encourages residents to stay alert and take any necessary precautions amid Hurricane Helene.

Due to inclement weather created by Hurricane Helene, Richland County has rescheduled the Transportation Penny Referendum Town Hall scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 26 to Thursday, Oct. 3.

Richland County Councilman Derrek Pugh, District 2, and Councilwoman Gretchen D. Barron, District 7, will host a town hall on Thursday, Oct. 3 to discuss the 2024 Transportation Penny Referendum. This meeting was originally scheduled for Sept. 26.
