Organizations impacted by COVID-19 in Richland County will have more time to apply for emergency federal funding through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

The County is finishing upgrades to the intersection of North Main Street and Monticello Road, as a revitalization project on North Main begins its final phase.

Following a pair of successful information sessions for organizations interested in applying for emergency federal funding, the County is organizing two additional sessions.
