US Brick, a closely held manufacturer and direct supplier of residential and commercial brick, today announced it is expanding its Richland County operations.

Richland County Government offices will resume a normal operating schedule Friday, Aug. 9.

As of 9 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, Richland County has not experienced any major disruptions as Tropical Storm Debby continues to dump heavy rains across the County, elevating the risk for flash flooding.

The County will be closed to the public on Thursday, Aug. 8. The County is expected to resume normal operating hours on Friday, Aug. 9.

Residents should avoid the following areas until further notice: Circle Dr., Eastover, William Janie Simms Cir., Gadsden, and Conn St., Columbia.
