Richland County officials urge residents to bring flood-related debris curbside before Monday, Nov. 16 – the date final pickup begins.

Only flood-related debris from residential property will be collected. The debris should be separated into piles by type – household, construction, vegetation, household hazardous waste, “white” goods with refrigerator/freezer doors secured with duct tape and electronics – and placed at the curb or in the right-of-way but not in the street.

Following the final collection of flood-related debris, residents should make an appointment for large/bulk trash collection or transport items to one of the County’s drop-off centers:
