Rose Tindall, Principal of St. Joseph Catholic School, has been named Richland County’s 2014 Conservation Principal of the Year by the Richland Soil and Water Conservation District.
Brooke Scott, a 4th grade teacher at Sandlapper Elementary School, has been named Richland County’s Conservation Teacher of the Year for 2014 by the Richland Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD).
