Various building and permitting matters can be conducted online. Contractors with a contractor’s eTrakit account can apply for permits, schedule inspections and pay for services online. Customers applying for permits by email can mail a check or money order to Richland County Building Inspections, 2020 Hampton St., Suite 1020, Columbia, SC 29204. Permits will be issued upon receipt of payment.
