Richland County Council Chairwoman Jesica Mackey has been appointed to serve on the board of directors for the South Carolina Association of Counties (SCAC).

County Government offices will close Monday, Feb. 17 to observe Presidents Day.

Richland County today announced a new regional training center that will provide 41,000 square feet of workforce industry muscle and is designed to drive economic development initiatives into the future.
