Councilman Paul Livingston was elected by Richland County Council to serve as its Chair and Councilwoman Dalhi Myers was elected to serve as Vice Chair, after an earlier swearing-in ceremony that kicked off the terms of three new members – Allison Terracio, Joe Walker and Chakisse Newton.

Historic Preservation and Community Conservation grants are used to help fund projects that protect and preserve land and historic places.

All Richland County business licenses expire each year on Dec. 31. The deadline for applying for a new license, without incurring penalties, is March 15 each year.
