Visitors from around the world will flock to Richland County and join residents Monday to watch a total solar eclipse darken the sky for more than two minutes.

Longtime residents of the Broad River Road corridor know the area is a “neighborly place” ― and now visitors, motorists and passersby will too.

Motorists in Northeast Richland will experience traffic delays and detours beginning Monday, Aug. 14 through Friday, Aug. 18 due to lane closures at the Clemson/North Springs intersection at Rhame Roads.
