A land conservation agreement between Richland County and the developer of the Spring Valley Subdivision, Mr. Edwin Cooper, will be finalized on Tuesday, February 5th at 1:00am.

On Tuesday, February 5th, Richland County and the developer of the Spring Valley Subdivision, Mr. Edwin Cooper, finalized a land conservation agreement.

Victoria “Ranger Vikki” Pasco, K-5 science lab teacher at Catawba Trail Elementary School in Richland County School District Two, has been named the South Carolina 2012 Teacher of the Year by the South Carolina Association of Conservation Districts (SCACD).

The 2013 Richland County Annual Retreat will be held on January 24th and 25th at the Sandhill Research and Education Center located at 900 Clemson Road, Columbia, South Carolina 29229

Richland County Offices will be closed on Monday, January 21st in observance of Martin Luther ing Jr. Day. Offices will re‐open on Tuesday, January 22nd.
