Richland County has scheduled a round of open house meetings with residents to highlight recommended revisions to the County’s zoning map and Land Development Code (LDC).

Students in five Richland County schools and education sites will take part in hands-on environmental education this spring, thanks to Conservation Education Mini-Grants provided by the Richland Soil and Water Conservation District (RSWCD).

Richland County’s Coronavirus Ad Hoc Committee will hold a public work session as the County winds down its distribution of federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding.

The Richland County Planning Commission recently recommended amendments to the County’s zoning map, and residents can now review the proposed changes on the County’s website.

Richland County Government offices will close Monday, Feb. 20 to observe Presidents Day.
