Richland County’s C&D Landfill, Lower Richland Drop-off Center and Clemson Road Drop-off Recycling Site will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day.

Along with extending its emergency mask ordinance, Richland County Council is making it easier to comply with the rule by distributing thousands of face coverings throughout the County.
