Richland County’s C&D Landfill, Lower Richland Drop-off Center and Clemson Road Drop-off Recycling Site will be closed Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day.

Richland County Transportation will scale down several remaining road projects in order to complete a portion of all projects under the County’s Penny Tax program.

This year’s celebration of National EMS Week takes on additional importance as Richland County’s award-winning crew works on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Richland County Councilman Calvin “Chip” Jackson is partnering with the County’s Transportation department to hold a virtual meeting on the Penny Program on Thursday, May 21. 

Agricultural use applications are now available online through the Richland County Assessor’s Office.
