Change of Information Forms
Change of Address Form - used for a change physical or mailing address
Businesses that have moved into or within the non-city areas of Richland County will also need to complete the following form(s).
Clearance Form - required for a change of location, to obtain approvals from applicable County divisions and departments to operate at the new location (in Richland County but outside city limits)
Home Occupation Application (Zoning) - required only for home-based businesses (located in Richland County but outside city limits) which have (1) changed to another home-based location within Richland County (non-city areas only) or (2) moved into a home-based location within Richland County (non-city areas only)

Update Form - used to update business information; other forms may also be required (if there has been a change of ownership, location, or activity)
Miscellaneous Forms
Business Data Form - used to update your business license contact information, so our records are accurate for your business
Business License Assessment Survey - used when your business is applying for County grants or to be a County vendor, used to assist staff determine if your business needs a Richland County business license
Business Permit Application - used to apply for a temporary, no more than ten consecutive day business permit for a single, annual event
Closing Form (for businesses closing operations or businesses moving out of Richland County)
Closing Business Information - for Dept. of Revenue The South Carolina Department of Revenue (SCDOR) no longer accepts paper copies of the Account Closing Form (C-278)
