Richland County Council is accepting applications for openings on more than a dozen volunteer boards

Thanks to improved technology, more Richland County residents are avoiding standing in long lines to pay their taxes.

Residents of Richland and Lexington counties are encouraged to bring recyclable materials to a joint event in which household goods will also be accepted for reuse.

Richland County will provide the public with free online access to more than a million pages of documents related to the management of the taxpayer funded program to improve transportation infrastructure.

Mungo Construction, founded by Mungo Homes, the nationally recognized Columbia-based homebuilder, is adding its expertise to Richland County’s efforts to help residents displaced by the 2015 flood.
