Richland County, SC - Richland County Councilwomen Joyce Dickerson and Julie-Ann Dixon are seeking nominations for the 2016 Richland County Distinguished Community Leadership Award (RCDCL). Seven RCDCL awards will be presented to honor the unsung heroines who have made a positive difference in Richland County through their service of advocacy, education and quality of life. The awards are to recognize the recipients' tireless and selfless efforts to be helpful, effective and responsible advocates for all mankind.
The RCDCL Awards will be presented at the Second Annual Richland County Distinguished Women’s Awards Luncheon in recognition of Women’s History Month; Thursday, March 24, 2015 at 11:30 a.m., at the Richland County Administration Building, 4th floor conference room.
If you know a woman who has given of herself to ensure the progression of her community, please nominate her for a RCDCL Award. The deadline for submitting a nomination is Monday, February 29, 2016.
