As part of Richland County’s efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19, County Councilwoman Joyce Dickerson is holding a drive-through mask giveaway event. 

An upcoming virtual event geared toward business owners will center on strengthening commerce by building relationships among various cultures.

Richland County’s C&D Landfill, Lower Richland Drop-off Center and Clemson Road Drop-off Recycling Site will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day.
